According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 31, 2015 No. 379-V/ZRK «On Public-Private Partnership» and the Rules for Planning and Implementing Public-private Partnership Projects, our state acts as a reliable guarantor for investors involved in PPP projects.
Investors in public-private partnerships can be both individuals and legal entities who are residents or non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The uniqueness of the mechanism lies in the fact that the state actively cares about creating a favorable investment climate, providing all the necessary conditions for successful business in Kazakhstan.
