Reporting: Preparation of regular reports on the progress of construction, completion of work, identified deviations and corrective measures taken for the customer and other interested parties.
Interaction with Project Participants: Establishing effective interaction with the customer, designers, contractors and other project participants to promptly resolve issues.
Evaluation of the Completed Project: Conducting a final assessment of the completed project, certifying the compliance of the result with the project documentation and standards.
Completion of the Author’s Supervision: Formation of the final report, completion of the author’s supervision and transfer of the results to the customer.
