Geodetic Measurements: Carrying out geodetic works to accurately determine the location of objects and create digital terrain models.

Classification of Objects: Grouping objects into categories, establishing their functional purpose and classification in accordance with applicable standards.
Preparation of Passports: Creation of passports for each object containing detailed technical and operational characteristics, as well as information about service life and recent repairs.

Safety accounting: The inclusion in the passports of information about the safety of facilities, including operating instructions, maintenance requirements, etc.
Definition of Norms and Standards: Establishment of compliance of railway transport facilities with current norms and standards.
Regulatory Approval: Submission of passports for approval and approval by the relevant regulatory authorities.
Updating and Revision of Passports: Regular updating of passports when making changes to facilities, carrying out repairs or changing standards.
Operational Documentation: Preparation of documentation necessary for the operation of facilities, including maintenance manuals and instructions. Archiving and Storage of Data:* Preservation of all passports and related documentation in the archive with access to them if necessary.
